My new client paperwork can be completed electronically in advance once we have established a first session and you have access to my client portal.  If you are unable to complete it in advance, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled session and you will find a paper copy of the paperwork in the waiting room to complete.  

Please be advised there is no receptionist on staff.  When you come in, have a seat in the waiting room, enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi, and I will be with you shortly.
